Suricate Agency takes your privacy seriously and undertakes that any processing of personal data carried out on this site complies with European Regulation 2016/679 of 26 April 2016 on the protection of personal data and with French act no. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 on information technology, data files and civil liberties, as amended.
Suricate Agency is the sole recipient of your personal information. It is never passed on to a third party. Suricate Agency does not sell the personal data of the visitors and users of its site.
2.1. Contact form
Suricate Agency collects personal data as part of the handling of its contact forms. It is the sole recipient of that data. This processing allows it to manage enquiries and replies and to keep a record of the exchanges. The data processed consists of surname, first name, company, email address, the division concerned, the content of the message and, where applicable, a telephone number. The data is kept for 3 years from the last contact.
2.2. Data collected and purposes
The processing carried out is intended for the running of the website administered by Suricate Agency. It covers the preparation and publication of content, the handling of contact enquiries, technical administration alongside our providers (application maintenance, hosting, domain name registrar), the management of site security (equipment and security logs) and the production of audience statistics.
This processing rests on the legitimate interest of Suricate Agency in presenting its activity and responding to the enquiries addressed to it (article 6 (1) of the General Data Protection Regulation).
2.3. Use of cookies
In order to serve you as well as possible, Suricate Agency may make use of “cookie” technology. A cookie is a small computer file sent by the publisher of a site to its visitor, holding various pieces of information about that visit (pages viewed, date and time of the visit). It cannot damage the data held on the visitor’s computer.
